roots of non-linear equation using secant method with matlab

Hello everyone!. Ever since I have encountered roots of non-linear equation using secant method with matlab at college I never seem to be able to get through it well. I am excellent at all the other branches, but this particular section seems to be my weakness. Can some one help me in understanding it properly?

Algebrator really helps you out in roots of non-linear equation using secant method with matlab . I have looked for all Algebra software online. It is very easy to use. You just put your problem and it will create a complete step-by-step report of the solution. This helped me much with dividing fractions, exponent rules and angle complements.
