algebra, symbolic method

Hi friends, It’s been almost a week now and I still can’t figure out how to crack a few math problems on algebra, symbolic method . I have to submit this work before the beginning of next week. Can someone show me the way to get started? I need some help with dividing fractions and syntehtic division. Any sort of help will be appreciated.

Algebrator is a excellent software. All I had to do with my problems with quadratic formula, distance of points and proportions was to basically type in the problems; hit the ‘solve’ and presto, the solution just popped out step-by-step in an easy manner. I have used this to problems in Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would boldly say that this is just the solution for you.
