story problem solver is my worst problem. Can any one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

I have a way out for you and trust me it’s even better than purchasing a new textbook. Try Algebrator, it covers a rather elaborate list of mathematical topics and is highly recommended. With it you can solve various types of questions and it’ll also address all your enquiries as to how it came up with a particular solution . I tried it when I was having difficulty solving problems based on story problem solver and I really enjoyed using it.

Yes I agree, Algebrator is a really useful tool. I bought it a few months back and I can say that it is the reason I am passing my math class. I have recommended it to my friends and they too find it very useful. I strongly recommend it to help you with your math homework.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this seems great . I needed something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a program which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can understand it and after that solve it without any help , not just copy the results. Where can I find the software?

I remember having often faced difficulties with matrices, equation properties and algebra formulas. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Algebra 2 and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.

Don’t worry pal . As what I said, it displays the solution for the problem so you won’t really have to copy the answer only but it makes you know how did the program came up with the answer. Just go to this site https://softmath.com/about-algebra-help.html and prepare to learn and solve quicker.
