what is meant by complex solution of an ellipse

Hello math wizards, I need some urgent help. I have a set of math problems that I need to answer and I am hopelessly lost. I don’t know where to begin or how to go about and this paper is due next week. Kindly let me know if you are good in linear algebra or if there is a good site which can assist me.

I have a good recommendation that could help you with algebra. You simply need a good software to clarify the problems that are hard . You don't need a tutor , because on one hand it's very costly , and secondly you won't have it near you whenever you need help. A software is better because you only have to purchase it once, and it's yours forever . I advice you to look for Algebrator, because it's the best. Since it can resolve almost any algebra problems , you will certainly use it for a very long time, just like I did. I got it a long time ago when I was in Basic Math, but I still use it quite often.

It would really be great if you could tell us about a software that can provide both. If you could get us a resource that would give a step-by-step solution to our assignment , it would really be great . Please let us know the genuine websites from where we can get the tool .
