Hi All, I am in need of aid on roots, factoring expressions, binomials and factoring expressions. Since I am a novice to Remedial Algebra, I really want to understand the basics of Remedial Algebra fully . Can anyone recommend the best resource with which I can start learning the fundamental principles ? I have a midterm next week.

What exactly don't you understand about is synthetic division used to calculate the divisor in a rational expression?? I recall having problem with the same thing in Algebra 2, so I think I could try to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should purchase Algebrator, that's what I did in my Remedial Algebra, and I have to say it's the best ! It's less expensive than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you want . It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar software . I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it!

Hi guys I agree, Algebrator is the best . I used it in College Algebra, Basic Math and College Algebra. It helped me learn the hardest math problems. I'm thankful to it.

Hello Guys , Based on your advice , I bought the Algebrator to get myself educated with the fundamental theory of Pre Algebra. The explanations on like denominators and leading coefficient were not only graspable but made the entire topic pretty interesting. Thanks a lot for all of you who pointed me to check Algebrator!
