The perspective you’ve adopted towards the how to do scale factors is not the a good one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a scenario . Its good that you still want to try. My key to easy problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

Hi there! I tried Algebrator last year when I was having problems with my college math. This program made solving problems so easy. Since then, I always keep a copy of it on my laptop.

A extraordinary piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving radicals, logarithms and x-intercept. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
