With a bit more clear information about domain of vertex form, I can possibly help you if I knew details. If you don’t want to hire a algebra tutor, who is very expensive you can try this program Algebrator which I encountered and guarantee to be the best available. This Algebrator is equipped to solve any algebra problem that you write down and it also explains every step of the solution. You only have to reprint as your homework. However, it is better to take the help of the Algebrator to learn algebra rather than use it to copy answers.

Yeah, I think so too . Algebrator explains everything in such great detail that even a amateur can learn the tricks of the trade, and crack some of the most difficult mathematical problems. It explains each and every intermediate step that it took to reach a certain solution with such perfection that you’ll learn a lot from it.

graphing inequalities, distance of points and radical inequalities were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it through several math classes – College Algebra, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra. Simply typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I really recommend the program.

You can purchase it from https://softmath.com/comparison-algebra-homework.html. There are several other information offered at the site. You can look around and see if it suits your need.
