I am going to high school now. As math has always been my problem area , I purchased the course material in advance. I am plan studying a handful of chapters before the classes start. Any kind of pointers would be much appreciated that could assist me to start studying convert decimals into fractions myself.

I’m know little in convert decimals into fractions. However, it’s quite complicated to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that?

I used Algebrator also , especially in Remedial Algebra. It helped me so much , and you won't believe how simple it is to use! It solves the exercise and it also describes everything step by step. Better than a teacher!
