Hello Friends, I am desperately in need of assistance for getting through my mathematics exam that is nearing. I really do not intend to opt for the service of private tutors and online coaching because they prove to be quite expensive. Could you suggest a perfect teaching tool that can guide me with learning the principles of Algebra 1. In particular, I need help on equivalent fractions and graphing equations.

I could help you if you can be more specific and provide details about daddy divide, mommy multiply . A proper software would be best option rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far found. It solves any algebra problem from your book. It also clarifies all the steps (of the solution). You can just copy it as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn math, and simply not use it to copy answers.

I allow my son to use that program Algebrator because I think it can effectively help him in his algebra problems. It’s been a long time since they first used that software and it did not only help him short-term but I noticed it helped in improving his solving capabilities. The program helped him how to solve rather than helped them just to answer. It’s fantastic!

Thanks for the detailed information, this sounds great. I needed something just like Algebrator , because I don't want a program which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the results. Where can I find the program?

I remember having often faced problems with factoring expressions, quadratic formula and 3x3 system of equations. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
