adding numbers with exponents equations

Can someone help me with my assignment problems? They are based on adding numbers with exponents equations . I have read a few articles on geometry and linear equations but that didn’t really help me in solving the questions on my assignment. I didn’t sleep last night since I have a deadline to meet. But the problem is no matter how much time I invest, I just don’t seem to be getting the hang of it. Every question poses a new problem, one which seems to be tougher than conquering Mt.Everest! I need some help as soon as possible. Somebody please guide me.

Don’t be so disheartened. I know exactly how you are feeling right now.
