Hi! Our class just started tackling a new topic in algebra about 4th grade algebra expressions and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my professor gave hard so I'd appreciate if someone would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but to no avail . I can’t finish it with ease unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble solving my past assignments but this particular homework with specific topic of ratios gives me a hard time just knowing how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if someone help me in showing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.

Can you please be more descriptive as to what sort of guidance you are expecting to get. Do you want to get the principles and solve your math questions on your own or do you want a software that would give you a line by line answer for your math problems?

I must agree that Algebrator is a cool thing and the best program of this kind you can find. I was astonished when after weeks of anger I simply typed in factoring and that was the end of my problems with algebra . It's also great that you can use the program for any level: I have been using it for several years now, I used it in Pre Algebra and in Algebra 2 also ! Just try it and see it for yourself!

I remember having difficulties with function definition, linear algebra and fractional exponents. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
