I've always wanted to learn scale in math , it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some good learning tools, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be directed to people who already know the subject. Is there any tool that can help new people as well?

Your story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was great in algebra for several years, when I started Intermediate algebra there were a lot of algebra topics that seemed so complicated. I remember I got a very bad mark when I took the test on scale in math . Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything quite easily, even x-intercept and solving a triangle. I was smart that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a student. I have been using it since then whenever I had to solve something complicated.

I remember having problems with subtracting fractions, inverse matrices and relations. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
