Friends , I am in need of help on logarithms, relations, hyperbolas and conversion of units. Since I am a newbie to Remedial Algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Pre Algebra completely. Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin learning the fundamental principles ? I have a class test next week.

That is true , there are programs that can assist you with lessons . I think there are several ones that help you solve algebra problems, but I heard that Algebrator stands out amongst them. I used the program when I was a student in Intermediate algebra for helping me with mathmatical equations, and it always helped me out since then. Gradually I understood all the topics, and then I was able to solve the hardest of the tasks without the program. Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was designed for students, so it's simple to use. Actually you just have to type in the keyword nothing more .Of course you should use it to learn algebra, not just copy the results, because you won't improve that way.

I am a frequent user of Algebrator and it has really helped me understand math problems better by giving detailed steps for solving. I recommend this software to help you with your algebra stuff. You just need to follow the instructions given there.

Friends , Thanks a lot for the replies that you have given . I just had a look at the Algebrator available at: https://softmath.com/algebra-policy.html. The best part that I liked was the money back guarantee that they are offering there. I went ahead and purchased Algebrator. It is really user friendly and proves to be a remarkable tool for Intermediate algebra.
