Hi everyone, I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us studying ,like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a program that can aid me with algebra ? I have never tried one before , but they are probably not hard to use I suppose . If anyone has such a software , I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in Basic Math now, so I've been studying things like real life example of absolute value of negative numbers and it's not easy at all.

Well I do have a advice for you. There used to be time when even I was stuck on questions relating to real life example of absolute value of negative numbers, that’s when my elder sister suggested that I should try Algebrator. It didn’t just solve all my questions , but it also explained those solutions in a very nice step-by-step manner. It’s hard to believe but one night I was actually crying due the fact that I would miss another assignment deadline, and a couple of days from that I was actually helping my classmates with their homework as well. I know how strange it might sound, but really Algebrator helped me a lot.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .

I remember having often faced difficulties with linear algebra, function definition and proportions. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.
