Can anybody help me? I have an algebra test coming up next week and I am completely confused. I need some help particularly with some problems in permutation+combination+formulas+cat that are very complex. I don’t wish to go to any tutorial and I would greatly appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!

I have a way out for you and it might just prove to be a better one than buying a new textbook. Try Algebrator , it covers a pretty comprehensive list of mathematical topics and is highly recommended. With it you can solve various types of problems and it’ll also address all your enquiries as to how it came up with a particular answer. I tried it when I was having difficulty solving problems based on permutation+combination+formulas+cat and I really enjoyed using it.

Thanks for the advice. Algebrator is indeed a extremely helpful math software. I was able to get answers to problems I had about adding exponents, adding numerators and sum of cubes. You simply type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the results you need. You can use it for any number of algebra things, like Algebra 2, College Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would highly recommend Algebrator .
